Smart CTAs can be added in the following ways:

1. To any Widget Area using the Smart CTA Widget

2. Within the content of a page as a Gutenberg Block

In both cases, adding the Smart CTA presents you with an interface to designate which CTAs should make up the rotation of CTAs to display in this instance. Drag-and-drop ordering of the selected items will dictate the order in which they are presented to the site visitor.
