Article Prospect Experience Design A Sense of Place by Mark O’Brien on March 27, 2009 What makes you want to stick around? Article Prospect Experience Design The Future Will Be a Mix of Old and New by Christopher Butler on March 17, 2009 In a post for Core77 entitled "Beyond the Scholock of the New: Eight Strategies for Design and Foresight" Kevin McCullagh writes: "The future is always a mix of revolutionary change and evolutionary continuity--and sometimes regressions are in there too. Unlike the Star Trek view of the consistent future, many of today's trend-setters enjoy gaming on iPhones and organic gardening." Article Prospect Experience Design Web Design 101: Matching Colors on the Web by Justin Kerr on March 9, 2009 Question: Why don't the colors on my website match the colors of my printed brochure?Answer: Matching colors from print to web is challenging because of the two different mediums. Images are produced by either CMYK (a full-color, four-ink process of cyan, magenta, yellow and black) or with spot colors (i.e. Pantone). Images on the web are generated by a light source (computer monitor) combining red, green and blue (RGB) from the visible light spectrum. Read Now About

Article Prospect Experience Design Designing for the Web Today by Christopher Butler on February 28, 2009 Designing for the Web is more like jazz than a symphony. When you design for print, you can control just about every detail, finely crafting your vision and then conducting the production each step along the way. Similarly, classical composers write every note in advance, even including instructions for how the notes are to be played. Read Now About
Article Prospect Experience Design Attack of the 503 Error! by Justin Kerr on February 26, 2009 I love people with a sense of humor. And it seems the folks at iStockphoto have a rather twisted one.
